I have not heard or seen of anything like this, Gold.

It was "Stone Cold" the graphic novel.

1) No, I am an original Trek fan more than a Star Wars fan.

2) I don't have a good feel for Nex's character. I found it much easier to write for Stormer and Bulk.

3) No, but I have heard it is a lot of fun. I am just starting to get back into gaming a little bit, so I may try it.

Oh, Really. Because I forgot to tell you that the place the poster online was found was in YOUR comic, Stone ColdFrustrated!

P.S. Please don't call me Gold. Call me GoldNinjaM or Mo. Gold for a name just sounds wrong.

Mo - I have a copy of the paperback edition of Stone Cold and I don't see anything that looks like that. It couldn't be a promo for 2014, because at the time that this book was printed, Papercutz did not yet know Ninjago was coming back in 2014. Do you have the hardcover edition? If you have the paperback, can you tell me what page this is on?

Ah, makes sense. Would've been fun to see what the conspiracy would have ended like. Anyway, a question for the HS01 wiki. Not sure if you can answer it, but is there any reason why Von Nebula and Core Hunter don't have a visible Hero Core, even if they were developed as Heroes? And how did Von Nebula change so drastically physically? Did he upgrade himself with parts of other robots or what?

Mr. Farshety, regarding the hero factory episodes would you agree that to any extent surge is underrated and rocka is overrated?

Storm, in all honesty, if I had an idea for a new LEGO theme (and I don't) I wouldn't share it on a public message board. The idea would be something I would pass on to the right people at LEGO Company in case they wanted to do something with it.

WILL U THINK ABOUT IT?

1) It would have had to be that he got in before the robot was launched.

2) Don't recall

3) I don't remember us talking about this, but most likely it was just impossible with the time we had for the film to get every character in and give them any kind of screen time, so they dropped someone.

4) Blue

Thanks - Blue is a nice color, my particular favorite is Green. Wink

And I just have one more teensy-weensy little question:

I know that Takua was invented before you came along to work with the Story Team - he was in the Mata Nui Online Game and all that. Nonetheless, do you have any idea why he was given a blue mask? My thinking is that it was to distinguish him from the other Ta-Matoran (and possibly hint at his actual identity), is that right?

No idea. As you say, he was before my time and I really had zip to do with his character for the most part, until he became Takanuva.

I see - I always kind of liked the fact that he had a blue mask... Joking

Thanks a lot! Your efforts mean a lot to many of us...

hi Greg

Seriously, if you could pick one theme as your favorite out of chima Ninjago failure factory or Bionicle, what would you choose?

Also, if you could have a kanohi mask, what would it be?

And one more thing: Why do my bionicles keep calling me Angonce?Joking I think it's your fault...Joking

PS Mods, this is a JOKE. A JOKE is something that you don't really MEAN. (Not talking to all mods, just the one that rejected this first.)

Don't have an exact measurement

Could you please tell me a rough estimate like say, as big as a squirrel, or a cow, or something? I've been wondering for a MOC I wanted to build.

I would say as big as a large dog.

Yes, as I mentioned, I have the paperback version and I do not see anything that matches that description. So unless it is something in the hardcover version or somebody can give me a page number, I can't help.

I think upgrades (ala Ultron) is the best answer to both your questions. The HC is a vulnerability - certainly CH knows that -- so it makes sense that both would endeavor to remove or heavily shield them.
