Ok, here are my questions.

 11. Is there a Rahaga race? I know that the Toa Hagah were transformed but I just want to know if there are any more out there.

12. Is Takanuva's Avhohhki really the original Avhohhki or an Avhohhki Nuva? Seeing that he is a Toa Nuva and Toa Nuva have transformed mask.

13. Why were there no Le-Matoran or Po-Matoran released in 2003?

14. Was Roodaka once a Vortixx Matoran? (If those things even exist)

15. If the year was 2005, would you ask LEGO to release the Tahtorak as a set?

16. Can a random Toa incase himself in Solid Protodermis with a Nuva Cube and become a Toa Nuva?  17. If Bionicle continued, do you think the sets would use the 2011 Hero Factory build?

18. Why was Roodaka trapped in a Heart Stone in the third movie? Why didn't Teridex unleash himself once he was free?

19. If the Matoran resisted the Vahki and never went inside the pods and also traveled to Mata Nui, do you think Sidorak's conquest of Metru Nui would be pointless? 20. Do Midak Skybalsters come from Bara Manga? Because Scopio has one.

All I have to ask

11) No

12) Takanuva is not a Toa Nuva. He was never exposed to energized protodermis

13) No idea. I had nothing to do with what sets were chosen to be released.

14) There are  no Vortixx Matoran.

15) Probably not. To keep it in scale to the figures, it would have had to be huge and enormously expensive and so probably would not have sold well.

16) Solid protodermis will not make you a Nuva. Only energized protodermis will, if you are destined to be one.

17) No idea. Not my department.

18) He would have freed her if he had use for her. He obviously didn't have any at that point.

19) If they had traveled to Mata Nui before Sidorak came, then yes. Metru Nui as an empty city was not worth much, unless Sidorak hoped to recapture them.

20) Mata Nui was built on Spherus Magna, so technically everything came from SM.

1) I don't have this information

2) Some of it was, some of it wasn't. Things like all the romance crammed into the games were not.

13. Po-Matoran (Hewkii and Hafu) were released, the Le-Matoran and Onu-Matoran weren't.

1. In the Bohrok Kal storyline, why weren't there Bohrok Va Kal/Bohrok Kal Va (depending on how you say it)?

2. What colors could have the rest of the Toa Hagah (Gaaki, Pouks, Bomonga, Kualus) been if you made the sets?

3. What were some Kanohi masks you wish were designed (whether in comic books or in sets)? What could be the reason that they weren't included?

4. What could have Le-Matoran in Mata Nui (Boreas, Taiki, Shu, Orkan/Orkahm) looked like?

5. Why aare stone and earth separate elements?

From what I know,

Le-Koro: Kongu and Tamaru

Onu-Koro: Onepu and Taipu

Impossible for me to answer. I would need to know what other movies were coming out in all the months to know when would be the best time to put it out. That is something the movie studio will decide.

1) The Kal did not need that kind of a support system.

2) Wouldn't it have matched their Rahaga colors?

3) I didn't have any I wished to add.

4) I don't know. I don't think in pictures, I think in words. What characters looked like was something that came from the set designers.

5) I used to get this question a lot. My answer was usually that if you have been hit in the head by a ball of mud -- and then hit in the head by a rock -- it's pretty obvious they are two very different things. Now, you can say we find rocks in the soil, but we also find lots of minerals underground too ... but if I did a Toa of Silver, no one would say he should be a Toa of Earth instead.

In terms of main colors like (red, blue, green, brown, white and black), then yes. But I meant to say in terms of their masks and armor.

No idea. Anything to do with "look" would have come from the set designers.
