The two beings were probably fused into one singular being when Jaller was revived.
I've always thought that Takutanuva didn't truly revive Jaller. He just transported him out of the Red Star.

If Tahu and the others are still searching for a site to build New Atero, where is everyone (Glatorian, Agori, Matoran, Toa, Vortixx, Skakdi, etc)? Are they all living together in one specific location, like the site where the Giant Robots fell, or one of the old Bara Magna villages, or are they all just scattered across the desert? Also, where are they keeping the enemy captives they took during the battle?

The vast majority of the inhabitants of Spherus Magna did not live in Atero, so the fact that there isn't one now really isn't affecting them. They are living where they always lived, in their villages. The MU inhabitants are living in shelters built using pieces from the robot.
As far as any captives go, well, a lot of the fighters were Rahkshi and they're dead. As for the rest, it was easy enough to cobble together a prison using robot parts.

No. We only write what we are asked to write by someone at work, so if no one asks us to do something, we don't do it.

Right now, I am not working on comics for any of the lines listed. The only comics I have written in recent years have been the graphic novels for Ninjago, and I have not been asked to do anything for 2015 yet.

Since almost all of the things from the BIONICLE characters from MLN are canon, could you by any chance make some of this into a canon story? It would be really nice seeing the Hero Agori trying to interact with MU inhabitants. It could be something as simple as stating that the HA approached Whenua for unknown reasons and Whenua said what he said. And then leaves him with some words of wisdom. The Kanoka Club and 'network' could be replaced with other words, or the Kanoka Club could be something from MetruNui and the network could mean the souroundings. What do you think?
