Greg, At this time I would like you to know that I appreciate your decision in taking time out of your day to speak with us. I understand that there are probably more interesting things you could be doing right now, and am grateful for this opportunity you have given us. While I regret that The LEGO Group had to discontinue BIONICLE, and while I do not expect BIONICLE to be continued in a form similar to what it had been, I am very thankful to have had it in the first place, and am satisfied whether or not it ever returns as a set line (though an epilogue would be nice if BIONICLE doesn't return). And while none of the current LEGO themes may ever become as big an influence on my life as BIONICLE has been (it is unlikely that Hero Factory will ever take the place of BIONICLE in my heart), I understand why BIONICLE had to be discontinued, and I respect LEGO's decision in doing so, as well as in producing Hero Factory as a conceptual successor to BIONICLE, and I am thankful that LEGO has decided to continue with the concept of buildable action figures. And, while I would have loved for BIONICLE to continue, and while I understand that there are ways the story could have been executed better, I appreciate what you have done for BIONICLE, and for the effort you made in convincing LEGO to let it go on in its waning years (although the last wave of BIONICLE sets was somewhat disappointing). Having said all this, I have these questions to ask you:

When the original concepts behind the story were presented to you, how did you react, and how did you feel about BIONICLE as it was?
Would you say that BIONICLE, as it came to be in its present state, regardless of whether or not anything is ever done with it in the future, is satisfactory to you? Basically, are you pleased with BIONICLE as it is, whether it will be continued or not?
And, given the opportunity, if BIONICLE were to continue, regardless for how long and in what form, would you finish the story, or let it continue to go on, why would you go with that decision, and how would feel about the decision you have chosen, whether or not it gets implemented?

Dear GregF:

Could you please tell me who were the members of the BIONICLE Story Team? If you can't say names then their jobs would also help.

thank you very much

This is my first day hearing of Greg. So please excuse my ignorance. But I have some questions for you Greg.
1. Can you give us some tips on how to write good stories?
2. Will there be anymore Ninjago sets? Episodes maybe?
3. This is the last one, when will Chima ONLINE open beta come out?

1) One of the important things is to treat your characters as real people, in a way. If you try to force them to do things in your story that they wouldn't normally do, then it  becomes hard to write, because they stop being predictable. And predicting what they do  next is part of your job as a writer.

2) Yes and yes.

3) Don't know

Hi chewchew and all Happy

I can answer number 3. The answer is soon....very soon! Cool

Me,I know!Heu...In two days!

Why did the Bionicle series eventually move to comics instead of books?

Hello Greg !Happy  I would be very pleased, if you could answer some of my questions, please ! Gift

1. When Tahu used golden armor, he absorbed powers of all kraata he destroyed, one of them being heat vision. Can we say that he now posseses all 42 kraata powers ?

2. What material is the golden armor made of ? Is it harder than protosteel, or simply does golden armor provide better protection than Tahu´s original armor ?

3. Is Marendar a sapient being or a beast ?

4.  Do the Element lords have greater elemental power than toa or the same ?

5. What kind of questions do you like to answer the most ?

Dear Mr. Farshtey,
Please ignore my last question. It was stupid as I now realize you don't write for the NINJAGO show. I have better questions now.
1.) Is it fun to work at LEGO?
2.) I'm thinking about a career in writing. All my stories sound good in my head, but on paper, only the fanfics are good. None of the originals that I create are that great. Advice?
3.) In the future, would it be possible for fans like us to get jobs writing for LEGO?

Thank you for taking the time to answer these!

1) Most of the time

2) If I had to take a guess, I would say it is because you know the BIONICLE characters well, and you don't know your own characters as well. Try writing out a history of your characters before you write your story. Get to know them better and you will find it easier to write.

3) No idea. I guess it would depend on if jobs open up.

Thank you sooooo much, mr. Farshtey!! This really helps!!! Happy

So, at long last I have the chance to ask a question that has been bugging me for years. By far, this may be THE most important question anyone can ask here. Greg, will you continue the Bionicle storyline? Or rather, are you allowed to continue it. With the cancleation of Bioniclestory.com, is there even a place where you can write more? This story, has you well know, needs an end, and only you can make it. I really hope the story can end in the way it deserves. Thank you for your time, Greg. Take care, and god bless.

Since BionicleStory.com has been taken down, where will BIONICLE story serials be released? Will you start a Blog like Faber or will you post it on these forums?

Or, and be brutally honest here, do you simply not intend to release any further story at all?

Mr. Greg, I have sme questions about the Mata Nui Robot.  So if the island of Mata Nui is the face of the robot, is Metru Nui under ground since its the brain?   And also, where does Voia Nui (pardon the spelling)  fit in to robots anatomy?  Because I assume Carda Nui was the Robots heart.  Which now that I think about it since Carda sounds a WHOLE lot like cardiac.

Hey Greg!

Well, I have some questions on both Bionicle and Ninjago.

Bionicle questions

---------------------------

1. Are you able to tell us what kanohi masks Toa Zaria and Toa Orde have?

2. What Toa Tools do the Yesterday Quest Toa have?

3. What does the Skakdi Fusion call itself?

4. Have some of the characters who have been resurected in the Red Star been killed by the Kestora? And if so, which ones?

Ninjago Questions

---------------------------

1. Why couldn't Lloyd remember the Mega weapon while the other ninja could? Does this mean that the events of Garmadon and the Mega weapon never happened?

2. Have the serpentine been killed by the Stone army in that chamber?
