Hello Greg,

I have returned with the results from the poll I held on BZP to decide which element the final Toa Mangai will be, since you said that we should battle it out. After 10 days, 75 members have voted total on the poll, and the winner of the poll is for the final Toa Mangai to be a Toa of.... the Green.

Do you give your word of approval? Also, would it be possible for us to hold a poll to decided the Kanohi mask of this Toa also, if you deem it worthy?

Thanks!

Bump

Yes and yes.

Thanks!! Also, was this Toa Mangai of the Green once a Matoran?

On this Kanohi poll, should immoral masks be included? Such as the Tryna, Avsa, Jutlin, Crast, ect?

Thanks for your time!

1) Yes. Outside of the Mata, all Toa were once Matoran.

2) No. Toa do not wear immoral masks.

Really? I thought all of those solo Toa (and the Toa Cordak) such as Helryx and Lesovikk were created as Toa.

Helryx I would need to research, but we never stated that the first Toa team were not Matoran at some point. One of the things that made the Mata unique was that they had never been Matoran.

"Orde was created by the Great Beings as one of the first Toa, never a Matoran, and was the first Toa of Psionics in existence. His first assignment was to use his mental powers on the savage Zyglak, and make them calmer. However, due to his temper, he ended up using his powers to make them even angrier. All subsequent Matoran and Toa of Psionics were later made female due to the incident, as females were thought to be more gentle than males.

During his career, he once used his powers to save a dozen trapped Matoran from the Dark Hunters, though he was unable to avoid his own capture. The Dark Hunters interrogated Orde until the rest of his Toa Team rescued him."

Taken straight from Biosector, although I'm not sure if fansites would be a reliable resource.

Also, Orde was created as a Toa; he was the first (and only male) Toa of Psionics.

Hey Greg, just a few questions, thanks for doing this:

1. What would've happened had Vakama accidentally fired off one of the Great Disks?

2. What was formed when Vakama merged together just a couple of the Great Disks? (in the movie I think it was the Ga-Metru and the Ta-Metru disks)

3. What effect would firing the Disk of Time have? Would it be similar to when the Vahi was broken?

1)Do irreparable bodies are teleported to the Red Star too ?

1.1)If yes, then what's the point of the Tryna if dead bodies will immideatly be teleported to the RS ?

1.2)Was Sidorak's dead body teleported to the RS ?

Allow me to reiterate a question I asked last week, I believe there was a miscommunication.

In one of the 2007 serials, Brutaka said to Teridax that he was getting out of stasis fields back when Teridax was raising Archivese Moles on Destral.

Did Teridax create the Archives Moles, or did a different Makuta create them?

Would the bamboo disks that Matoran carried on Mata Nui classify as non-lethal weapons?

If I remember right, you've said that there would be a Kanohi of each element just like the Garai. Would there be one of sand?

Sand isn't an MU element, so no.

Tell that to the set designers Joking A lot of Pohatu's attacks and weapons seem to focus on whipping up sandstorms as if he was a toa of air

Yes and yes.

resulting questions:

1. the other Mangai lived in the metru of their own element (or at least we know lhikan and tuyet did... i would assume the others did the same, right?) Which metru did this toa of the green live in?

2. (this one's more about the mangai in general. also requires more context than i planned, sorry about that.) In "mystery of metru nui", the first of the bionicle adventures novels, nokama travels to vhisola's home after becoming a toa in order to enlist her help with the great disks. however, vhisola's not home, and nokama's actions draw the attention of one of her neighbors, who inquires about her ID. nokama simply replies that she's "the toa of water", to which the matoran responds, "A toa? Here? I know of Toa Lhikan, of course, but I have never met a toa up close. where did you come from? are you here to stay?"

2a. were the toa mangai not around too often? why would the matoran (in general, and that one specifically) be so surprised to hear of the presence of a toa in the city? what, if anything, does her surprise say about how the Mangai did their job?

Thanks, and Happy Holidays!

1) Most likely in Ga-Metru. While it was not "green." it was a place that was close to nature for a city.

2) Simple explanation is that the concept of the Mangai did not exist yet when that was written. Plus this is one Matoran talking -- maybe that Matoran traveled a lot and simply never saw the Toa in action. Maybe she wasn't in Metru Nui that often. It's also possible that the Mangai were a less public team and more of a black ops sort of team.

Black ops implies stealthy missions that nobody knows about. I doubt this would put their leader in a position to have statues of himself built.

Hello Mr Greg

In the series the reign of shadows it was mentioned that the uniforms of agori's of bota magna were made with a sort of hybrid between the metal and plants. Is what this type of plants existed long before that these agori found these plants or they were created in a laboratory?

The people of the MU have an organic heart or something similar of reactor ark of iron man?

What will be the role of the elemental lords and the golden skinned being now that SM is reformed?

Why residents of SM have a very long lifetime? is what it is because of some implant that slows greatly the aging?

Most species of SM have mechanical implants that improve their physical ability. Is what they have implants that improve other thing such as an implant that improves the immune system or implant that slows down aging and an implant that improve the intelligence?

A toa of iron can transform the solid metal into liquid metal and is what a toa of iron would be able to alter the metal such as changing a plate of metal into sword or enlarge the plate of metal?

Wouldn't being involved in the defeat of the Kanohi Dragon be enough to warrant a statue? I think so.

They often are, but it depends on the reference they are using for the entry.

Archives Moles were in the Metru Nui archives, which certainly raises the possibility that they were a creature found in the Metru Nui environs (not all creatures in the archives were, but some were certainly). And Teridax was the Makuta of Metru Nui, so it is certainly a possibility that he created them.
