There is no Visual Dictionary for BIONICLE on Amazon anywhere, although they still have all the other BIONICLE books. While it is certainly possible something like that could have been written by someone other than me, I find it very hard to believe it could have been published without my knowing anything about it since I was working closely with LEGO Licensing at that time and I reviewed a lot of stuff done by other people.

But I remember seeing a picture for it.  And this was no dream.

If there was, I didn't write it or ever hear of it. It sounds like something DK would have published and I can't recall DK doing any BIONICLE books back then.

Uh, bit late, but Scholastic did a book called Bionicle the... Just checking...Encyclopedia. And it was actually written by you Greg, according to the cover.

This was not a Visual Dictionary (a series by DK), and it did not come with a Khonohi Mask of Life.

Really.  I've seen it and it had the Khonohi mask of life(Its trueSmile).  I looked it up google and I saw it myself.  And yes, it was a dk book.  If you don't believe me, look it up.

  1. Ka-no-hi. Not kho-no-hi.
  2. The Ignika was released in Vezon, Ignika, Mata Nui, and Toa Mata Nui.
  3. I just looked it up, on Google. Nothing.

As I said before, there were two BIONICLE Visual Dictionaries. One of them was a fan project which was cancelled. The other one was an April fool hoax. In other words, neither of those two were actually released. You may have seen one of those on Google.

I was freshening up on my memory on the Melding Alternate Universe today, on BS01. And I was wondering,

1.a. Were Jaller, Hahli, Hewkii, etc. in this universe?

1.b. If so, were they Toa or Matoran?

2. Can a Turaga ever become a Toa again?

You don't have to answer this one.

3. What is your favorite Toa team?

4. Would you consider the Exo-Toa a mech or an armor

5. Can you create a mask worn by a Kiata(Mask of wisdom or Mask of Valor, for example) by carving a disk created by combining the disks required to create the masks of the Toa who are part of the Kiata?

6. What happened to the Toa Stones Takua used to summon the Toa Mata to the island?

Do these machine still function, or were they destroyed alongside the Great Spirit Robot?

1) The Turaga decided if it would be used or not.

2) Because that was not Mata Nui's job.

3) Yes and yes

The machine to build the Matoran was it just to build the mechanical parts? If so what about the biological portions of their bodies, were they grown and put into the mechanical shells?

Are there machines that makes other species too ? Like a machine that makes Vortixx, etc.

Hey Greg, been a big fan since the BZpower days of olde. I've been re-reading and enjoying the short stories recent;y, and was just wondering (hoping, praying ect.) that you plan on one day finishing Yesterdays Quest and The powers that be? I apologize if this was already answered but this is a very big thread Happy

Hey Greg, just a question that's always confused me about Destiny War, the serial you wrote:

In Chapter 5, you wrote about Pridak conquering some Brotherhood of Makuta stronghold. He found some old basement with a mess of strange symbols lying around, like a smashed message. Pridak tries to rebuild the message... and the serial left off. I never understood:

Who wrote the message, what is it, and who smashed it? Does Pridak succeed in learning what it is?

Sorry, I think my question was buried.

Was Gahlok-Kal's body completely crushed by the Exo-Toa parts? Or was it simply incapacitated; if you cleared away the Exo-Toa pieces, would there be an intact Bohrok body there, or would it be damaged beyond repair? Thank you!
