I have a few more questions, Greg.

1) What is the natural color of an Av-Matoran?

2) I'm thinking of using a Shadow Toa in my fanfiction, and I would be honored if you would chose the name!

3) Would a Toa of Iron be able to, theoretically, morph the metal of their own body?

That's all for now, thank you for doing this, it's like a dream come true! Happy

How come the Ninjago sets are different from the T.V. show? Also, will there be another series of Ninjago.

Thanks for the answers, here are some other questions: 1. If Lariska dies, will she get a new arm on the Red Star? 2. Are Von Nebula's squad and the Droid the only robots in the Hero Factory universe to us the Bionicle-styled build? 3. Why do you dislike the Vahki so much because they have no personallity, while the Bohrok and Rahkshi neither have any? 4. How did Takua became a Toa by wearing the Kanohi Avohkii? (It would be awesome if the mask contained fragments of a Toa Stone.) 5. What would you feel like if Kopaka was a Vahki? 6. An Av-Matoran becomes a Bohrok when it dies, why isnt it just sent to the Red Star?

By the way, 8998 Toa Mata Nui was the last titan set released, and was the only way to get the golden Ignika and Glatorian Mata Nui's sword. (I wasn't able to get the set, and I'm still crying about it every day...)

1) Most likely, yes. 2) Don't know, not a set designer. 3) I never said I was a huge fan of the Bohrok either. The Rahkshi I liked because they were creepy and because their sales saved the line. 4) Never been revealed. That was one of those movie script things that didn't necessarily conform to the rules of the universe. 5) That question doesn't really make sense. 6) Because that is not the way the system is set up.

Where on earth did you get the idea for Ninjago? Like, did you just wake up one morning and decide "Oh, I'm going to write a story about ninjas that can control elements!" Joking

Greg is fine, and I did not create Ninjago.

Hi Greg, I have a been a lifelong Bionicle nerd, and have some questions:

1. What is a good estimate of the top speed of the Kakama?

2. How much better is the Akaku's x-ray vision then the Ruru's?

3. Can any Matoran become Toa, or do they have to be preprogrammed for that?

4. Could Tamaru, because of his attributes, theoretically be a Bo-Matoran?

1-2) Don't know off the top of my head

3) Only certain Matoran are destined to be Toa, so no, any Matoran cannot become a Toa.

4) Don't understand your question. His tribe has already been identified.

A reboot? You mean, not on Spherus Magna? And with no references from earlier story? I am affraid that may hurt the fandom. I am kind of tired of all the DC relaunches, retcons etc. because they just remove most of the best stuff... Just, if it does come back, remember it's about good execution >_<

I get that, Ankas. But stop and think for a moment. If I ran LEGO Company and decided to bring BIONICLE back, the earliest I could do it would probably be  2015 or 2016 -- so five or six years after it ended, and 14 or 15 years after it started. How many of the original fanbase are still going to be buying LEGO sets at that point, and how many new fans will you get if they have to understand a five or six year old story to get into the line?

This is why comic companies do relaunches and such -- because they know their fanbase cycles out every few years and they are trying to get new fans in by making it that you don't have to know old story to get started.

I had no need to show him to tell that story.

Is Kapara actually a Ta Matoran? Joking  After all, he can teleport in Mnog (Which, as far as I can tell, does not contradict canon.).  Also, any plans of another Hero Factory book?

Yes, he is.

After Dark Mirror Universe, the HF series is finished, unfortunately.

Was there ever going to be a BIONICLE Graphic Novel #10?

Had BIONICLE continued, yes, there would have been because the graphic novel series sold very well.

Hmm.  I wish that LEGO would have not cancelled BIONICLE. Crying  Then we would have gotten more details on the journey to the maze and a story with bio-mechanical dinosaurs! HappyHappyHappy  Did you have any plans on what would happen once they got to Bota Magna at the end of 2010?

We hadn't done detailed planning for 2011 yet.

I have been seriously considering making a fanfiction of BIONICLE.  If I do, I would make it not contradict the story in any way. Smile  My question is this:  should the story start with a tense scene and then backtrack?  Or should it start at the beginning?  Again, thanks so very much for your time. Smile

That's your call to make, Daler. I have done it both ways.

Ohio. Smile But I doubt I live in a big enough town for you to come. Sad

Okay. If it's  not within driving distance for me, I generally can't do it, because there is no travel budget at LEGO for me to do events.

I came up with some, especially toward the end, but not every name. And basically you just throw some letters together, run it through Google, see how many hits you do or don't get, and go from there. Then it has to be legally checked to make sure someone else doesn't already own  it.
