wouldn't just using a kanohi rau be more efficient than a toa of sonics?

Hi greg, just got a few more questions about kaita:

1: Were only the toa mata capable of forming a kaita, or was it theoretically an ability of any toa?

2: Did the kaita have minds of their own, or are they jointly controlled by the 3 toa that form them?

3: If you struck a kaita with the spear of fusion, would it leave that kaita unable to seperate back into its component toa?

Thanks Smile

1) Any Toa can

2) A Kaita is a new being. It is not three separate minds acting individually

3) Well, a Kaita already is a fusion, so what would you be fusing? It's already fused together. I am not sure you can fuse something again that is already fused.

the spear of fusion is also capable of tearing things apart (as we saw with vezok/vezon) so it would probably just pull them apart.

on that note, when the toa separate, do they remember what they did as the fusion?

We know that several sources of energized protodermis were destroyed during the OoMN's war with the Brotherhood and the subsequent Reign of Shadows. Considering it is sentient and able to destroy or change anything it touches, how can it be destroyed?

Also, what determines if something is destroyed or transformed? we know that the "pilot" of the great spirit robot (either mata nui, or later, teridax) knows this, but it has also been said that is simply the ever-obscure "destiny" that determines something's fate.

Hi Mr Greg

1. Even if I already know the answer, I'm curious to know if the Ignika can control aether?

2. The Ignika of the empire toa had begun his apocalyptic countdown? If so, the Ignika has stopped the countdown when Tuyet and her empire was defeated by Takanuva?

3. What is the maximum range that the mask of time could slow down or accelerate time? A target, an area, a city or a world?

4. Why Teridax wanted the mask of time how the Vahi would have been useful to his plan?

1) That is not a living thing, so no.

2) I can't recall if we got into that in that story, or even if we specified that an Ignika existed in that universe

3) A target.

4) Because he wanted to accelerate the amount of time it would take for the Matoran to develop sufficient amnesia that they would welcome him as a savior when he got them out of the canisters

2. since we know that universe diverged when nidhiki decided to help tuyet instead of lhikan, wouldn't it have to have one?

4. so he didn't concieve the plan to physically become the great spirit until much later? did he really only want the loyalty of the matoran? what would he have planned on doing when the robot inevitabily started to die?

1) Well, if I had to destroy something like that, I would do it the same way they destroy Lazarus pits ... blow it up or bury it so deep no one can get to it.

2) Destiny has always been our answer on this.

Since the Bionicle took place on a named planet that isn't Earth, and Ninjago also took place on its own planet, not to mention based on box art we can assume that the new Bionicle is on its own planet is it possible that they are in the same cosmos, and therefore we can have crossovers?

Three questions here:

1. Could there be a few "supremacists" for each tribe of Matoran? Ex. an Onu-Matoran who preaches against Ta-, Ga-, and Ko-Matoran. And could those supremacists have been responsible for the Matoran Civil War?

2. I know that Krahka cannot copy Kanohi powers. Does that change/is that different, however, when a person has a Kanohi fused to their face and can access its power, as was the case when Karzahni was mutated by Pit Mutagen?

3. Who do you think Papu and Rangi (mentioned in the MNOLG) were supposed to be? Nokama in an early version of the MNOLG speaks of how they plan the fates ("I think Papu and Rangi have plans for you that are greater than your [Takua's] stature would suggest") and Jaller (then named Jala) in the German version says they chose Ta-Koro to be the village of fire.

Excuse me Greg, Could you please confirm if one of the Barraki (possibly Kalmah) comes form the same species as Sidorak.

I fell this would make sense on several levels:

- Sidorak's species is the prime species on Stelt. The Barraki's species were created by Mata Nui to be prime, and this would explain why Sidorak's species has it's status

- Sidorak's species can use kanohi, so can the Barraki's

- If Voporak was one of the Barraki's lieutenants it would have explained his position of power on the isle

- It would also explain the BoM's willingness to experiment on Voporak (If he was a lieutenant)

- It would explain the state of the law on Stelt after the Barraki's defeat

- It would consolidate species and islands

Just a thought.

I also figured Carapar could come from Axonn's species. That has a weaker connection, but both are/ were short, strong warriors with a long reach, both were once conquerors, and both likely came from lands to the south.

Just something for you to consider.

Thankyou very much for your time.

Hello!

I was just wonder if we could get clearification on a couple of things:

1. Do Glatorian and/or Agori have permanent mechanical implants?

2. a) Did Vorox and Zesk evolve naturally, or where they manipulated by the Great Beings?

    b) Did they have any permanent mechanical implants?
