I just have a solitary question.

1. Could you shed some light on the Marendar? Such as what color it was, what weapon(s) it uesd, whether it was bipedal or quadropedal, general things like that.

Since Marendar never showed up in the story, I never bothered to map those details out. I would have done so once he showed up.

Hey Greg! I've got some questions!!!!

1) When the toa metru become toa hordika can they still use mask powers?

2) Where did the random nuva masks come from in 2002? why didnt the toa find nuva masks when they were looking for masks before?

3) can you explain why in the 3 first movies the characters (especially pohatu nuva and every mask) look so different from the set form?

4) who is your favorite of the toa mata/nuva?

5) why does vakama love keeping a billion secerets?

6) is it true that the bohrok queens were originally going to look like spiders?

7) do matoran die of old age?

8) who are papu and rangi? they are mentioned in MNOG by nokama, and in the german MNOG by jaller as the founders of Ta Koro. Is this just something by templar studios? were they scrapped characters?

9) i don't get why the great beings wanted to creat a robot in the first place. (before spherus magna split)

10) if makuta can rip kratta out of his body, then if he rips enough of them out will there be no more makuta, right?

11) WHY THE HECK IS GALI MISTIKA SO DARN UGLY??????????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1) No

2) The extra Kanohi Nuva were made by the residents of Artakha and teleported to the island. They did not exist yet when the Toa were first mask hunting.

3) Because the set form would not work in an animated film. For one thing, the models had too many gaps, which would have caused flashing whenever they moved since the background would have shown through.

4) Kopaka

5) For the sake of the Matoran, mainly.

6) Never heard that, so don't know

7) Like anything mechanical, they can break down over time, yes

8) I don't know who they were intended to be, as MNOG predates my time on BIONICLE. But they were Maori terms we agreed not to use again, which is why they were never mentioned subsequently

9) Scientists often do things just to see if they can

10) No, because his body keeps producing them

11) Not a set designer, so can't speak to this

You might need to give it some typing lessons!

I'm guessing you're talking about Verrack333's signature...

Anyway, Greg, I have another question on top of my other list

6. Was Sentrakh originally a member of Gladiator's species?

I'm a little reluctant to make calls like this on fan-created characters.

Hello Mr. Farshtey.

1. What were the implications of marriage between Sidorak and Roodaka, would it have occured, and what was the last documented location of Roodaka? Is she still imprisoned?

2. Are there distinct scales for the figures? For example, 2001-2003, 2004-2005, and 2005-2008 all had distinctly different sized Toa. Toa Tahu from 2003 is mich shorter than his 2008 incarnation, so is this a story feature, or just a scale inconsistency?

3. How would you briefly sum up Makuta Icarax's personality?

Thank you!

1) Rodaka is on Spherus Magna now, I assume under guard. Had there been a marriage with Sidorak, it would have been purely a political alliance.

2) This is really a set design thing, not a story thing.

3) Icarax is very direct. He doesn't believe in complex strategies or the "long game" or convoluted conspiracies. If someone has something he wants, he kills them and takes it.

Hello Greg Farshtey, will the Ninjago: Dark Island Trilogy be a canon?

Yes, it is official. The LEGO NINJAGO team in Denmark had a lot to do with crafting the plot and approved all the scripts and art, etc.

Thanks for the reply. Did you know what I meant when I said canon? Will the Ninjago Dark Island Trilogy be a canon to the Ninjago Season 7 TV seires coming in the Fall?

Hey Greg, what is likely to happen to an av-Matoran that puts on the Kanohi Kraahkan?

Followup question: Does the Kraahkan always shadow blast non-Makuta or can its owner control that function of it?

1) Well, as a non-Makuta, he would get blasted the second he touched it. I doubt he would be able to put it on.

2) No, it is an automatic function

Hmm... is there a way to forge a kraahkan that omits that function?

Hey Greg, when you use elemental light on another entity, does its moral light or shadow affect how much damage is taken?

No, I am not clear on what you are saying. All "canon" means is that it is an official part of the universe. The plot of Dark Island is not the plot of the fall television, it's a separate story.

Exactly, so the plot of the Dark Island is completely separate from the show but the story-line of the trilogy has it's similarities to the general reason of the Ninjago Season 7 TV story-line correct?

Would the element of Light be unable to affect someone morally good?

So, Takanuva vs Av-Teridax. Can either one even hit the other with the element of light, despite both being morally good? And can Light be wielded by a morally corrupt being, or at least, morally ambigious/grey?

So, how did Teridax feel towards the Great Beings? Did he find them inferior, superior, etc.? Likewise, how did Velika feel about Teridax? And how did the Energized Protodermis Entity view the Great Beings and Teridax, and vice-versa?

No, I wouldn't say so. The events of Dark Island do not spark the events of the season 7 TV storyline. They simply precede them.

Well I saw the description of the Dark Island, and you know how the Ninja's past villains return? Well that's what I meant, the Dark Island has it's similarities to the Ninjago Season 7 TV show because it's storyline (also) has the Ninja's past villains returning. So do you see what I mean? Some of the storyline has it's similarities but the Dark Island storyline isn't fully connected with the TV show, it just has some similarities of what happens in the show's storyline. Just like my example about the Ninja's past villains returning, that will be in the Dark Island trilogy and will also be in the Season 7 TV show. Do you see what I mean?

When you read the books, and then see the TV, you will see you are talking apples and oranges here.
