I'm not involved at all with the plotting of the overall NINJAGO story. That is the job of the NINJAGO Creative Story Manager and the TV writers.

This has already happened in Season 3 of the Ninjago TV show. Pythor returned with his scales bleached white due to the Great Devourer's stomach acid and helped the Digital Overlord and his Nindroid armies. During the final episode of Season 3, when the Ninja attempted to stop the Overlord by using a shrinking pill on him, Pythor sacrificed himself and ate the shrinking pill instead. He then showed up in prison in Season 4 and helped the Ninja stop Chen's Anacondrai Cultists, after which the spirits of the original Anacondrai Generals rewarded him by undoing the shinking and making him normal size again.

1) I would say Glatorian. A lot of Toa mainly use their elemental powers to fight so they are less experienced at hand to hand to combat.

2) Spherical structure in Karda Nui that was where the Toa canisters were kept until the Toa Mata were needed.

3) No. I never named him and now there are no legally approved BIONICLE names to use.

4) They were placed in the nest by the Brotherhood of Makuta, to be used by Toa against a premature release of the Bohrok. There would have been no reason for the Exo-Toa to attack the Toa, since they were intended to be used by the heroes.

5) Southern portion of the MU

6) The Bohrok would probably have been salvaged to be used as workers on the new world.

7) Salvaged one would assume

8) The MU robot has been dismantled on Spherus Magna.

9) No, for a couple of reasons. He was killed on Bara Magna, not in the MU, and the red star does not work on anything outside of the MU. Plus it does not work on Makuta.

We know the Makuta had 42 Rahkshi abilities, and that in the dimension good Teridax comes from some of these powers are different.

1. Were these powers programmed into the antidermis by the Great Beings, or were they natural properties of Antidermis, which would change depending on how much light/ dark the entity had?

2. If they were programmed into the Antidermis, is it reasonable to assume the GB's could change what powers a prospective Makuta may have?

3. Did Antidermis have a cap concerning the number of powers it could have, or (if the abilities were programmed) could you install more than 42?

4. It would be reasonable to assume that different Kanohi powers are like different sorts of software, installed onto drives. If the powers of Antidermis were programmed, would it be possible for someone with the knowledge to 'uninstall' a power like darkness, and 'install' the power of Fire instead?

5. What happened to the pool of Antidermis when the MU was dismantled? Did the OoMN decide to finally destroy it, or was it put into storage somewhere?

6. If the OoMN kept the Antidermis pool, is it possible that they would perform experiments on it in future?

7. Would it be possible for someone to create new Makuta form the Antidermis pool, or was some form of machinery required to make them?

8. Antidermis was discovered as a byproduct of creating Protodermis from Energized Protodermis. Does this mean that EP is a naturally occuring periodic element, or that Protodermis and Antidermis are not synthetic?

1-4) Wish I could give you great answers on these, but it is not something the story team ever discussed. The "42" number existed because 42 varieties of collectible krana were produced.

5) I can't see any reason to preserve it.

8) EP was a natural element on Spherus Magna, it was not artificially created.

Hi Greg, I have some more questions. These are all about Annona and the Gold Skinned Being:

1)  Is there any living being on Spherus Magna older then Annona?

2)  Did she give herself a name or was it given to her by someone else?

3)  Is she a unique being or did other members of her species exist in the past?

4)  Since Sahmad mistook Annona for a male, is it safe to assume that she has a masculine voice?

5a)  When she hid underground, did she occcasionally find any creature whose dreams she could feed off?

5b)  Or is she capable of going 265.000 years without feeding and have no consequences other than getting hungry?

6)  At the end of Sahmad's Tale she asks the GSB to create a new world for her. Did she mean a new planet or another dimension?

7)  When she will eventually realize that the inhabitants of her new world could be a threat to her, what's stopping her from teleporting back to Spherus Magna?

8)  After Annona departs for her new world, the GSB says something to Sahmad that's a little confusing: "You could have dreamed me out of existence as well. I am surprised you did not." It may not sound so confusing, but later here on the LMBs you said that if someone's dream was for the GSB to die, it would not fulfill it, as it has an instinct for self-preservation. So, what is the GSB talking about? Could it be that it developed this instinct after what happened at his tower?

9)  Does the GSB identify itself as a particular gender or is it asexual?

Once again, thanks a lot.

I haven't forgotten you, OS, I will get to these.

6.I know the robot's been dismantled, but surely the domes with the MU in are still intact?

I think you missed this question of mine, Greg:

Since Marendar tracks Toa by homing in on elemental energy, are the Glatorian that Mata Nui gave Toa powers to (Ackar, Kiina, Gresh etc.) at risk of being targeted by it?

1) Unknown. It's hidden somewhere on Bara Magna.

3) Most of the inhabitants of the Matoran Universe are busy trying to adapt to this new world and build a new society with the inhabitants of Spherus Magna.

6) Dead. Killed in the final battle with Mata Nui in the last BIONICLE movie.

8) Are you asking about Toa Ignika or the BOM here?

9) Stored somewhere, I would assume, until some kind of suva equivalent can be constructed

11) Metru Nui was the robot's brain. It was inside the head of the robot, and it has now been smashed to pieces.

12) Not necessarily, no. There is no proof EP will turn you back into something you were. All we know if that it will transform you or destroy you, but there is no way to predict how it will transform you.

1. Bara Manga...That's part of Sphereus Magna?

8. The Toa Ignika

11. Facinating! So...Metru Nui was Mata-Nui's brain, it floated in a proto ocean, which was inside his head? What was the tunnel the Toa traveled through? What was Metru-Nui's light sourse?

12. Is there anything that can?

Thanks for your time.

Okay, I have some new questions.

  1. Bara Manga is part of Spherus Manga, right?
  2. How did the Toa Inika get smashed?
  3. Could you explain Makuta's universe to me? Are the islands on or in Mata-Nui's body? What is that planet like? Is it like Kamino from Star Wars, only with a giant robot sleeping in it? Or is it flat?
  4. Say a toa was turned into a My Little Pony, can Keetongu change him back?
  5. Loved your book, Makuta's Guide to the Universe! Which guide books did you write after that? I'm guessing Mata-Nui's Guide to Bara Manga.
  6. Of all the Bionicle books, which one happened first in the story line? Which series came first? Im talking chronologically in the story.
  7. Were or are you in charge of LEGO Club Magazine?

Thanks, DC13

I'm going to go out on a limb and say no. I think the energy signature of elemental powers being wielded by fully "human" beings would be different from what it would be from a bio-mechanical being.

I have a few questions.

1)Are there any other entrances to Karda Nui besides via the giant hole where Voya Nui was supposed to be before it was sealed off after the the destruction of the Cord?

2)Was the Pit a) always underwater or was it b) flooded with water after the Great Cataclysm?

3)Was Voya Nui located outside or inside the MU?

Thanks!

1) Yes, there's a portal on the western wall

2) The original Pit was flooded when its dome cracked

3) When? It was originally inside the MU, and then broke off during the GC and wound up in the waters outside of the MU

1) Yes

2) Smashed? Not sure what you're talking about

3) Makuta's "universe" is the Matoran universe, DC. The "islands" are inside the robot's body. I am not sure what planet you are asking about, though.

4) Would depend on what caused the transformation

5) Yes, the Bara Magna book was the last guidebook I wrote

6) You would need to read the BIONICLE Adventures Series first, which covers 2004 and 2005 story, then go back and read the Cathy Hapka books from 2003, and then go on to the BIONICLE Legends series. The 2009 books did not have a series name, as I recall

7) I am the Editorial Director at the LEGO Group, and one of my jobs is overseeing the magazine, yes
