Another question; how do you know when an idea is good enough to be a story? As in when do you know it's good and original enough that you can stop brainstorming?

Sometimes you don't. Sometimes you think you have a great idea for a story, but when you try to write it, it just doesn't work. i think the only way you really know this is experience. You know how long the story has to be and so you get a feel for how much plot you need to fill a book that size. (I once had a friend who wrote a novel. It was supposed to be 100,000 words and it was about these people going off to colonize a new planet. He was so nervous that he wouldn't have enough plot to fill the book that he spent 90,000 words getting them ready to go and then had only 10,000 words left for when they got there.)

Did he ever publish the book? Also, couldn't he have just made it longer if he wanted?

Greg tell me whether destiny of doom is taking place after the final fight?

It takes place after the end of 2013 storyline.

Greg, why did you stop writing on bioniclestory.com, and are you going to make another series based off of this?

I didn't have the spare time. Bstory was always something I had to do on my own time, at home, and once my daughter came along, I did not have the time to keep doing it.

Since Matoro pretty much became part of the Kanohi Ignika, does that mean that he didn't go to the Red Star, and therefore could never be revived?

Also, even if Icarax could pull his molecules back together, wouldn't he not be able to survive inside the Matoran Universe, since he actually has muscles and such?

One last question: Do Vorox and Zesk have their own language, and if so, can Malum speak it?

1) Matoro could not be brought back because he had no physical body to teleport up -- he had turned into energy.

2) Not sure I understand your question. At this point, there really is no MU to survive in, as it is being taken apart to build shelters on Spherus Magna.

3) They do, but he does not speak it, it's more a matter of understanding the general tone and intent of their words and vice versa than actually being able to converse.

I've been wondering this for a while: in Bionicle, when a Toa completes his/her destiny, they are turned into a Turaga. Couldn't that have been seen as a complication in the Great Beings' eyes, since they could interfere with the completion of other being's destinies? Or, are they somehow given a sort of knowledge of what everyone's destiny is so they know what not to do to mess it up?

I don't understand your question. How would them becoming Turaga interfere with the completion of other beings' destinies?

Greg, i read your outline/script  for the movie that was supposed to be the one after the legend reborn. Could you explain what would have happened after they were teleported to the "dinosaur" world.

I'm sorry my last question didn't make sense! Let me see if I can clarify:

About Exo-Force: the story suddenly cut off in the middle, right when the Jungle Era was starting. Before they discontinued it, did you have any ideas on how the story may have ended? Was there anything you might have liked to see happen?

Also, totally random question: do you know why in Ninjago, Kai has a scar on his face in the comics but not on the the show? I'm very confused by this. Is there some reason or a backstory to this?

Oh yeah... I forgot that the MU was being taken apart. Well, thank you for the answers!

Also, what story teams do you currently work on? Is it only Ninjago and Chima, or do you do others? (I'm assuming since Bionicle was discontinued, that you no longer write for that anymore)
