Hi again!

Artakha's armor is "covered in runes carved at the beginning of time." Could these runes be Agori? If so, does Artakha know Agori?

Thanks!

Both Mata Nui and Artakha can control legendary masks, is it because of their immense mind power?

Greg, as an author, what do you think makes a great story. Do you considder all your works to have that element? What's your most favorite work you ever wrote?

I'm a huge fan of your books! ^_^

It really depends on the genre of the book. What a romance needs to be successful is different than what a horror story needs to be successful.

How come there were never any approved names containing Q without U (ex. Qelar) or apostrophes (ex. Ro'gar)?

Is it possible that Velika's name is derived from his original GB name?

What is your favorite Kanohi?

1) Most likely because we never suggested any or the ones we suggested got rejected.

2) Doubtful

3) I don't know if I still have  one

Is there anything in any LEGO theme you wanted to explore?
What recent project you've worked on?
I don't understand why you can't read fanfiction on the LEGO message boards? Doesn't LEGO own any fanfiction we post here?

1) The demands of movie animation are different than the demands of set design. The movie people wanted him to look different.

2) Because the BIONICLE team had not created that power yet in 2003

3) Not sure I understand your question

4) I am mainly working on LEGO Club Magazine these days

5) I am not aware of there being anything that says LEGO owns all fan fiction (there might be, I don't know), although obviously LEGO owns trademarks to characters, etc. But the fact is, why risk people making groundless  complaints (possibly even publicly) that their ideas have been stolen if it's not necessary? This is the same reason publishers will not read unsolicited manuscripts, so they don't get accused of taking someone's idea.

Is the Phantom Ninja in Cole: Ninja of Earth the same as the one in Ninjago #10: The Phantom Ninja?

Just curious, do you know if the graphic novels exist in the same canon as the TV show, or are they written in a way so that they aren't able to exist together?

I have yet to buy #4, #5 and #6. I plan on buying them all sometime soon, but which would you suggest to read first and why?

So this shadowy organization, did you have an approved name for it? How about approved character names for various agents? Did you plan on them ever being beaten by Hero Factory?

You mentioned the Legend of Chima story bible, as well as a Ninjago story bible. First, how many of these names do you recognize from the Legends of Chima story bible(Some of these might be made up, which is why I'm asking you):

Thanks for answerng these questions. Sorry for the sheer volume of annoyance, but curiosity was passed down to me from my MOM(NOT MY DAD.Don't tell anyone)Wink

1) No

2) They are intended to be side stories to the show. But everything I write has to be approved by the Ninjago story team and LEGO licensing, so if they had an issue with something violating canon, I am sure they would say so.

3) They aren't really designed to be in a specific order, because they aren't continuing stories.

4) I did not have approved names for them, no. Hadn't gotten that far.

5) Sorry, I don't really have time to go back to story bibles to answer this.

I think the "beginning of time" in this case refers to the beginning of Mata Nui's construction, so I doubt they are in Agori.

Ah, well, what element do you think is most important in adventure novels (asside from the fact that there has to be adventure)?
Thanks!

I've noticed that many names of Bara Magna inhabitants are Latin words.  All of them make a lot of sense, except one.  When I looked it up, I found "annona" means "grain supply" or "price of grain".  Is that just a coincidence, and, if not, why did you choose that name?
