O_O GREG FARSHTEY! *faints, then recovers*

Greg, as an author, what do you think makes a great story. Do you considder all your works to have that element? What's your most favorite work you ever wrote?

I'm a huge fan of your books! ^_^

It really depends on the genre of the book. What a romance needs to be successful is different than what a horror story needs to be successful.

Ah, well, what element do you think is most important in adventure novels (asside from the fact that there has to be adventure)?
Thanks!

I think they have to move fast. You don't want long, dull stretches in the middle.

I've noticed that many names of Bara Magna inhabitants are Latin words.  All of them make a lot of sense, except one.  When I looked it up, I found "annona" means "grain supply" or "price of grain".  Is that just a coincidence, and, if not, why did you choose that name?

That was so long ago, I really don't remember.

1) Not up to me, Benji - I am not on the story team, I just write the graphic novels.

2) I've had more than 80 books published

Unfortunately, Scholastic has cancelled the Hero Factory chapter book series, so there won't be more.

How are there young Vortixx?  Young Vortixx were supposed to climb the Mountain, but since Vortixx can't reproduce then how are there young Vortixx?

They don't biologically reproduce, but they do have to be created in some way, in the same way that Matoran get created. So they can be "young" in terms of not  having been in existence for long.

I'm sorry, I'm not sure if this is considered off topic, but do you now work on Hero Factory?

I have never been on the HF story team. My work on Hero Factory has been what I have done for LEGO Club Magazine and the five chapter books I wrote.

Batman, Captain America, and probably Iron Man, at least old Iron Man. My favorite comic series right now are Spider-Man, Daredevil, Phantom Stranger, and Avengers. And my favorite TV show as a kid was Dr. Who.
