Dear ,Greg (or ScribeGT as that is your username)

I like your stories very much and so do my brothers (All 3 of them) they have great plot detail and wonderfully portray the characters emotions. And still I have notices 1 problem with your novels: They have no flow. Like they were written by someone who was more used to writing thing such as text books, or encyclopedias. Not a HUGE problem, in fact quite minor, just wanted to point that out, still great books.

Well, I have to disagree. If they had no "flow," they would not have been as popular as they were. But everyone is entitled to their opinion, and since I do not know how you define "flow," it's impossible for me to give you a better answer. Can you give specific examples?

The wording can make some parts of your stories somewhat difficult to read out loud, and the only reason I noticed this was because I was reading it to my bros. And you can't say that I'm just bad at reading out loud because I have no trouble reading other books out loud. Yes, your novel  were very popular I can't argue with that, just saying that they read better for silent readers. NOT A BIG PROBLEM!!!! I still read your books regularly. EmbarrassedJokingWink

Thanks again for answering my questions! It's a bit of a shame that you can't remember your Ninjago stories as well as I can... I guess that's the difference between being a writer who has to have so many stories on his mind and being a reader who can indulge in books at his leisure.

My favorite Ninjago stories of yours were probably "Getting the Joke" and "The Choice" from the chapter book "Zane: Ninja of Ice".

Just one question this time: Have you read anything by Neil Gaiman? He's one of my favorite authors. He wrote some comics including DC Comics' The Sandman and Whatever Happened to the Caped Crusader? and Marvel's Marvel 1602. He also wrote several prose novels.

I know of him, of course, but the only stuff of his I am familiar with are the two Dr. Who episodes he wrote.

What was it about BIONICLE that particularly made it special to you?

Thank you, sir, for your time and all you have done.

Well, I worked on it for nine years, I got to create large parts of the universe, and overall I got to play an important role for a line that was important to my company.

Ooooooooooooooooooooooooh My Mata Nui. I literally flipped and nearly broke my calf when I read that title. GregF is taking questions! This is just like the ask Greg in BzPower but only this time I'm legally allowed to post the questions! Here's a list of some questions I'd like to ask:

1. Is there a likelihood that the serials "The Power that be" and "Yesterday's Quest" will be continued?

2. Since the Red Star could resurrect characters but simply can't teleport them back, can someone like Botar's Replacement be able to teleport there and bring to Spherus Magna characters such as Nikila, The First Hydraxon, Lhikan, etc.?

3. When Lhikan is brought back in the red star, is he a Matoran or a Turaga? Also with Nidhiki, since his transformations are artificial.

4. Is there any likelihood that Bionicle Papercutz Graphic Novel #10 is made?

5. Is there any possibility whatsoever that you tell me the planned named for TSO that was scrapped?

6. Will there ever be an official artwork of Zaria, Orde and Chiara?

7. In canonicity, did Toa Nuparu ever wield an Aqua Blaster Blade?

8. Which Kraahkan is more similar to the original idea? The one in sets or the one in the movies?

9. Whose idea was it to have rotating pegs in Bionicle: The Legend Reborn and why?

10. Will Bionicle ever come back? I know it's a longshot.

1. Can you give us some tips on how to write good stories?
2. Will there be anymore Ninjago sets? Episodes maybe?
3. This is the last one, when will Chima ONLINE open beta come out?

As for Chima Online Open Beta, It's already out! I'm a Beta Tester!

Alright, so I've been a big fan of Bionicle since it started when I was 4 years old and got Matoro at McDonalds. I've read every Bionicle novel-in fact, I own every novel except Mask of Light, The Legend Reborn, Voyage of Fear and Maze of Shadows. I have every comic from September-October 2002 onward, and all the Papercutz graphic novels except Fall of Atero. I lost track of my sets after I bought Voporak...anyways...

I will try to ask questions you remember the answer to and hope no one else has asked before.

1. The Yesterday Quest featured a team of Toa whose elements were chosen by a contest. Did you have names for the other three Toa who haven't appeared yet, and can you remember what they were?

2. You never revealed The Shadowed One's name due to fan backlash at naming Teridax(Which I found silly-why not give The Makuta a name if you're about to introduce a dozen or so more of his species?). Now that 4 years have passed, could you maybe reveal his name, or is it too much of a sore spot? If it is, sorry for asking.

3. How many Great Beings are there, and what are their names? We know Angonce, Heremus and Velika, if that refreshes your memory.

4. Did the Makuta of Stelt have an official name?

5. Did any of the villains from previous years(Rhodaka, any Barraki, Kardas Dragon, Voporak, Sentrakh, etc.) die during the exodus out of the Great Spirit Robot?

That's all I can think of. Have a nice day!Wink

1) No. Any names for BIONICLE had to come from an approved name list, and the fact that the other three did not appear most likely means I did not have enough approved names to cover them.

2) I just think it robs the character of part of his mystique if you reveal things like this. Who he was before doesn't matter; what matters is that he is TSO now.

3) Again, I cannot assign names without a  name list, and one no longer exists since BIONICLE is not an active line.

4) No.

5) Doubtful.

1) No, Matoro died. 2) Mata Nui never was a Great Being. Mata Nui is a robot. 3) Same reason any other couple likes each other, I guess. But don't be too sure they will end up together Smile

Reading the last answer made me furiously search this forum for that specific post.Joking

Alright, so when Bionicle started, Hewkii and Macku(Who, as I recall, were named Huki and Maku back then...) had some...feelings for each other.Joking Then there were hints of Jaller and Hahli liking each other, then the subject was dropped. What happened there, simply a path LEGO cared less about I suppose?

Also, any advice on teenage girls? There's this girl and my church, and she's very pretty...Joking

The whole "BIONICLE romance"  thing was something that got inserted without the approval of the story team as a whole, which is why it was purely on the web. I never felt it belonged in BIONICLE and essentially refused to acknowledge it in my stories.

My question is: do you have any building advice for Bionicle fans?

Also: when will hero factory end?

May you have the best of luck in your further projects/products.

with best wishes,

1) No, I am not much of a MOCer so I wouldn't have good advice on this

2) No idea

Hello, Sir, I would Like to ask one Question and Say ONE thing,

Question: I Love the story in Bionicle, But Ninjago really did not have much of a Story, Any reason why?

What I have to say: I love Writing myself, And so it is Great to be able to have a Moment and a Question Awnsered by you.

I disagree. I think Ninjago has as much story as it needs. Not everything has to be deep and complex and require total immersion to understand, just as not every book needs to be War and Peace.

Have you read War and Peace? I'm going to read it at some point, and I'm running out of really dumb questions.Joking

No, I haven't.
