The ability to assimilate information quickly of the Matoran and the Toa it is higher, equal or lower than the Agori and the Glatorian?

This has bothered me for a while...

1: When the Toa Metru evacuated Metru Nui, did some of the matoran not survive/were not taken/were killed on Mata Nui/something else?

Reasoning as to why some might not have made it:

The established dimensions of Metru Nui are 40.51mi by 20.43, which works out to be 827.6193 square miles.

The established number of matoran on Mata Nui is 1000.

1000 / 827.6193 = 1.20828501704 matoran per square mile.

Metru Nui is always shown as a densly populated area...However, if there's only about one matoran for every square mile, that's unlikly...it works only if there were more than 1000 matoran in Metru Nui.

DEAR GREG,

I THINK YOU DIDN'T SEE MY QUESTIONS,SO I WILL ASK THEM AGAIN;

I'M WRITING A STORY IN THE BIONICLE FORUM.IT'S CALLED GAPORANK,TOA OF TIME;AN OLD BIONICLE STORY.I HAVE SOME QUESTIONS FOR THINGS I'M GOING TO WRITE.

1.CAN MISERIX OR ANY OTHER MAKUTA IMPLANT THE ELEMENT OF SHADOW IN A MATORAN WITHOUT A SHADOW LEECH OR AN AVSA?

2.CAN A TOA SACRIFICE ONLY THE HALF OF HIS/HER TOA POWER?

3.CAN I USE A FAKE NAME AS ''THE SHADOWED ONE'S'' ''REAL'' NAME?

4.CAN I WRITE THAT ARTHAKA IS SECRETLY A TOA?(ALONG WITH KARZAHNI).

5.THE TOA SET FORM OF MATA NUI IN 2009 IS CANON?(BECAUSE I PLAN TO USE IT).

6.WHAT ARE EXACTLY THE POWERS OF THE NUI STONE?

7.CAN ANTIDERMIS MULTIPLIE FROM SOME RESIDUCES OF IT?

8.NOW SOMETHING OUTSIDE THE STORY.HOW THE MAKUTA CAN SHAPESHIFT?

I ALSO WOULD BE PLEASANT TO READ WHAT I HAVE WRITTEN SO FAR AND TELL ME YOUR OPINION.

1) No

2) I'm not sure what you mean

3) This is fan fiction. It's not official, so you can do what you want in fan fiction. That's the point of it.

4) He's not.

5) Yes

6) The Nui stone absorbs Toa power in a 3000 kio radius and allows the wielder to tap into it.

7) Not to my knowledge, no

8) Not sure what you're asking. They shapeshift the same way anyone else would shapeshift.

9) I don't read fan fiction, thanks.

FOR THE 2ND QUESTION I MEAN GIVE UP A PART OF THE TOA POWER AND KEEP THE REST FOR HIS/HER OWN.FOR THE 4TH I KNOW HE'S NOT A TOA,BUT AS YOU NEVER SPECIFICATE HIS SPIECES,I THINK I CAN WRITE THAT,YOU KNOW,FAN-FICTION.AS FOR THE 8TH,I UNDERSTAND THEY ARE ANTIDERMIS IN ARMOUR,BU HOW THAT CONTRIBUTE TO SHAPESHIFTING.ALSO,WHAT ARE THE PREFIXES FOR TIME,LIFE AND CREATION?AND WHAT IS THE MATORAN WORD FOR ''PARADISE''?

Buried:

"10. Am I correct in assuming a Toa's destiny can be made permanently unobtainable, barring them from becoming a Turaga?"

"10) What is that assumption based upon?"

I meant if, say, Mata Nui died and stayed dead, but the universe was evacuated in time, the Toa Nuva couldn't wake him up, so they couldn't achieve their destiny. Therefore, they couldn't become Turaga.

"12. So, Glatorian have latent Elemental powers? That's what Mata Nui made it sound like when he granted them."

"12) Can you reference the Mata Nui line you are referring to?"

I don't have the book anymore, but it was in the Legend Reborn novelization. Mata Nui grants Ackar, Kiina, and Gresh Elemental powers, and says something along the lines of "I am only unlocking the power you always had." Or something like that. It made it sound like they had the power in them somewhere, but no way to tap into it.

And a couple new ones:

1. You said you were planning a couple of plot points that never went anywhere due to BIONICLE's cancellation, like Takanuva's destiny involving the Great Beings. Is there one you were particularly looking forward to, or were disappointed couldn't go further?

2. Are the Great Beings keeping a low profile because they feel they'll be blamed for the tering?

3. Antidermis is protodermis-based like everything else, right?

3. Could the Vorox and Zesk regain their intelligence?

4. When was it decided Takua would become a Toa? The Mata Nui Online Game seems to hint at it (Vakama says he is preparing for the arrival of "another" when discussing the Toa, and Nokama says to Takua "perhaps you are to become a hero like the Toa"), but I don't think the makers of the game could have known he would.

5. Nokama chews and swallows a Karzahni root in Maze of Shadows. Are Matoran/Toa/Turaga capable of ingesting their food, but choose not to?

6. Do/could romantic relationships occur between Glatorian and Agori?

7. Would you say Agori and Glatorian are related in some way?

Thank you.

Hello again!

Something about Toa abilities that I was curious about.  We all know that the three principle manifestations of Elemental Powers for a Toa are creation of that Element, manipulation of that Element and absorbtion of that Element (aside from Toa of Gravity and Psionics).  However, I have recently been wondering whether a Toa could detect their Element, such as a Toa of Iron being able to tell whether there was metal in the ground beneath him.  Do Toa have this ability?

By the way - thank you very much for your time here.  I know that you are very busy, and I think that it's amazing that you think it worthwhile to give up the spare moments that you have to engage with us.

I think that this may have been missed.

Hello Mr Farshtey,

I have a question, it's a bit general but I hope you will find time to answer.

What can you tell us about the 1st design for Kanohi Ignika the Mask of life ?

Anything you know will be most appreciated Smile

Just like how humans sometimes have the same names  (ex: their are two johns of jeffs in the same rome) does the same apply to matoran?

I would wager they do... In many early instances of the story, toa would seem to know stuff about their element's presence that you wouldn't be able to know without having their elemental power.

Hi Mr Greg

1. Mata Nui explored the all of the system of solis magna? Because for one hundred thousand years of spatial travel I think he would have had time to explore it in full.

2.The Red Star is used to push out Mata Nui of gravitational field of a planet. But when Mata Nui is in space it can continue to travel in space independent of the RS? or Mata Nui needs the RS for its space travel?

3. If the Red Star would be damaged for some reason to a point where the RS is no longer operational while he is in orbit around a planet. Is the GSR had some kind of plan-b to leave the planet? Or he would be trapped on the planet?

4.In the comic the exile's tale Malum had at one point an identical weapon to the Cordak shooter. This mean that Cordak guns were based on these weapons?

1) He most likely went beyond that solar system

2) When MN is in space, the RS is attached to its back to provide additional boost.

3) Something would have to be done to replace it.

4) This means the artist had to work with existing models, as opposed to making up something new.

3.I would have thought he could have used his gravitational powers to remove gravity of the planet and fly in space, it would be logical than the GSR could do that because if he is able to destroy planets to amplify the gravity over the planet it could also reduce the gravity and probably fly with it. Of course, he would move a more little slowly than the Red Star but this could be his plan-b if the RS is not operational.
And i have two others question to ask you. The Great Beings can create a virtual world? And what is the difference between the power of shattering and the power of disintegration? it's practically the same thing.

Hey Greg Smile I'm a huge Exo-Force fan, and I run an Exo-Force art group. I asked a few questions before, but I'm happy to see you're still doing this forum, and I have a few more questions!

1) Did you have any drafts written up for the 6th and 7th Exo-Force books? If so, what were they going to be about?

2) What did the Great Beings in Bionicle look like? Were there any plans to bring them into the story?

3) What are your thoughts on the new G2 Bionicles?

Thanks for your time Smile

1) No. Exo was cancelled before I ever started on more books.

2) Other than the fact that they are humanoid, I haven't revealed much of anything on their appearance. It wasn't something the story team ever discussed, and my plans on whether I would actually have them show up again were a little up in the air.

3) I don't answer questions on G2, since I am not involved in it.

No, it's not. Other than Club magazine stuff, I never wrote anything for Alpha Team.
