DEAR GREG,

I THINK YOU DIDN'T SEE MY QUESTIONS,SO I WILL ASK THEM AGAIN;

I'M WRITING A STORY IN THE BIONICLE FORUM.IT'S CALLED GAPORANK,TOA OF TIME;AN OLD BIONICLE STORY.I HAVE SOME QUESTIONS FOR THINGS I'M GOING TO WRITE.

1.CAN MISERIX OR ANY OTHER MAKUTA IMPLANT THE ELEMENT OF SHADOW IN A MATORAN WITHOUT A SHADOW LEECH OR AN AVSA?

2.CAN A TOA SACRIFICE ONLY THE HALF OF HIS/HER TOA POWER?

3.CAN I USE A FAKE NAME AS ''THE SHADOWED ONE'S'' ''REAL'' NAME?

4.CAN I WRITE THAT ARTHAKA IS SECRETLY A TOA?(ALONG WITH KARZAHNI).

5.THE TOA SET FORM OF MATA NUI IN 2009 IS CANON?(BECAUSE I PLAN TO USE IT).

6.WHAT ARE EXACTLY THE POWERS OF THE NUI STONE?

7.CAN ANTIDERMIS MULTIPLIE FROM SOME RESIDUCES OF IT?

8.NOW SOMETHING OUTSIDE THE STORY.HOW THE MAKUTA CAN SHAPESHIFT?Face palmConfused

I ALSO WOULD BE PLEASANT TO READ WHAT I HAVE WRITTEN SO FAR AND TELL ME YOUR OPINION.

1) No

2) I'm not sure what you mean

3) This is fan fiction. It's not official, so you can do what you want in fan fiction. That's the point of it.

4) He's not.

5) Yes

6) The Nui stone absorbs Toa power in a 3000 kio radius and allows the wielder to tap into it.

7) Not to my knowledge, no

8) Not sure what you're asking. They shapeshift the same way anyone else would shapeshift.

9) I don't read fan fiction, thanks.

FOR THE 2ND QUESTION I MEAN GIVE UP A PART OF THE TOA POWER AND KEEP THE REST FOR HIS/HER OWN.FOR THE 4TH I KNOW HE'S NOT A TOA,BUT AS YOU NEVER SPECIFICATE HIS SPIECES,I THINK I CAN WRITE THAT,YOU KNOW,FAN-FICTION.AS FOR THE 8TH,I UNDERSTAND THEY ARE ANTIDERMIS IN ARMOUR,BU HOW THAT CONTRIBUTE TO SHAPESHIFTING.ALSO,WHAT ARE THE PREFIXES FOR TIME,LIFE AND CREATION?AND WHAT IS THE MATORAN WORD FOR ''PARADISE''?

if the kraahkan is slowly reforming after atomization, could the same possibly be happening to Icarax?

Hi, Mr. Farshtey. I've been curious about a couple things:

1. Can a Toa of Fire cause a forceful explosion to appear out of thin air? That is, without the aid of nearby ignitable substances?

2. What was the purpose of plantlife in the MU? Is it just there to liven things up and look pretty, or is it exactly the same as real-life plants? Or something else?

1. On an earlier page, you said something about Helyrx's destiny having been completed and her ability to become a turaga if she chooses. What was her destiny?

2. On the bionicle website, at the end of the story video, you, along with a couple others, are listed in the credits under "original story". "original" refers to gen1, then, or did you have more involvement in gen2's story? is the writers' goal to essentially redo gen1?

3. Back to something you said on a different page (i'd provide quotes, but for some reason the site's not letting me quote right now... Sad ) You said that Marendar was humanoid as opposed to being "abstract." Does this imply that it (he? she?) is also intelligent/sapient?

Hi Greg!

1. Would a theoretical Toa Inika of light have there travel at lightspeed power diluted to traveling somewhere between light and lightning's speeds?

2. Toa disks... Are they forged, or do they just appear somehow?

3. Can Toa of stone or earth create minerals, such as diamond or quartz?

1) Why do you think their speed would be lessened?

2) Forged

3) Not to my knowledge, no

1) Because a portion of their light elemental energy would be replaced/combined with lightning elemental energy, and thus the lightning energy would dilute the power.

I don't think it would be a sufficient dilution to make a difference.

toa of light can't travel at the speed of light, that was umbra's power Wink

7. I recall you saying that the Makuta were never biomechanical in the sense that Matoran are. Before their bodies reached a gaseous state, were they camparable to, say, insects, with soft tissue protected by armor?

Thank you.

7) Yes

I'm fairly certain that's how all biomechanical beings in the BIONICLE universe are... (organic tissue protected by an exoskeleton)

Also, in the 08 storyline, Icarax was devolved by the ignika to his original biomechanical state.

I think the only difference is that the makuta's organic tissue was derived from antidermis, not organic protodermis like the others... yes?

1) Don't know. Never wrote a backstory for her, I had no need of it.

2) I have no involvement with Gen2, nor do I think they have any interest in redoing Gen1. I did not see anything in the 2015 story bible that I read to indicate this is a retelling of Gen1 in any way.

3) Yes

This is less a question and more of a theory to put forward.

I was thinking about consolidating species and islands--the topic's been discussed in BZP quite a lot recently--and I thought I may have found something that won't contradict anything in Dark Hunters.

I have an idea that Conjurer, Tyrant, Ancient, and TSO are all from the same Southern Island that Ancient plunged into war. Tyrant and Conjurer were two who seperatedly gave up on conquering the island and left for another southern island to conquer with plans to later conquer the world.

TSO and Conjurer are from the same species (both have similar heads and builds) which is related to, but not the same as Krekka's species, and Ancient and Tyrant are from the same species (both have similiar heasds, tails, and claw hands). Both of the races are based in the same island.

What do you think? It doesn't bend or break anything in Dark Hunters or strech things out too extreme limits, yet it provides a backstory to consolidate islands and races (which is something a lot of people have been calling for).

The fact that they may have been rivals on their island may provide additional reasons why Conjurer and Tyrant are so insolent to the Shadowed One and Ancient.

Hi Greg! I've no idea how many times this has been asked or answered, but it seems like all information on this is nothing but speculation.

Above ALL else, the one thing that has annoyed me to no end in the original Bionicle series is the Nuva Cube and the Nuva Symbols.

Now for the most part, I understand the reason the symbols exist and why Artahka might have created them. But what was the original purpose of the cube itself? The design of the symbols and the cube seem so reliant on eachother, so they had to have been created at the same time, right? The symbols had to have been created before the Nuva transformation and transported to the island after they had transformed... But the Toa sealed the Bahrag moments before that transformation, so how could its original purpose be to free the queens if it was created before the creator knew Gahdok and Cahdok would be sealed in the first place? What was the cube meant to be used for when it was first made?

On top of that, if the cube's original purpose wasn't to free the queens, and was simply sent along with the Nuva symbols to the island, how did it find itself in the Bahrag chamber and how did the Bohrok Kal know what exactly it might do?

It just seems like the Bohrok Kal arc has so many holes and so many unexplained pivotal plot elements. Would it be possible for you to provide us with some answers to make sense of it all?

Happy Thanks!

1.I read somewhere that it was the Great Beings who created the field of shadows is it true?

2.Is the Great Beings who created the dimension of the city of silver? That would make sense because who could have put the Kestora in this dimension and who could have created the Rahi who built the city? If the GB have not created the dimension, is the Great Beings who have created and placed the Rahi and Kestora in this dimension?

If turaga are toa who completed their distany, does that mean turaga Dume was once a toa.

If Takanuva expended all his elemental power, could he continue to use elemental light powers due to him wearing the Avohkii, or does the temporary depletion of elemental powers in a Toa leave them too mentally exhausted to use a Kanohi?

Do Kanohi have a limited supply of power like Toa elemental power? Does it recharge over time or can you completely deplete a Kanohi of its power if it's used for too long?

Buried.
