1a- While I can not find a source for this, on the Brickipedia page for the Kraatu, it says "BIONICLE story team member Greg Farshtey suggested that the Kraatu could possibly be a puppet that the Matoran of Metru Nui used for recreation." Do you recall having said this?

1b- If so, would you say it's canon?

2a- Is Raanu older than the Great Beings?

2b- Was Certavus older than the GBs?

3- Since the boards are soon closing down, I wanted to ask this one more time - Do you have an estimate for how many Glatorian are alive in the Agori/Matoran society after the battle between Mata Nui and Teridax. Or atleast if it's less or more than the Toa (if you don't remember, you said there are a little over 40 active Toa in the present).

Cheers

Ok, maybe I shoul have said this in the previous message, but if you don't remember.

The Kraatu was an unreleased promotional polybag set from 2004 with 20 pieces used to make 4-legged creature, presumably a Rahi. It had a tail which it could use to throw Kanoka disks. The set number was 8026.

1) No, but I have answered thousands of BIONICLE questions since 2003, so that's no surprise.

2) No

2b)

3) If you take it planet-wide, definitely way more than Toa.

Who would be able to control steam, a Toa of Water, Air or Fire?
Also, how exactly does a Toa of light's ability to move at light speed work? Does he run or just sort of teleport? Do his reflexes adjust to this so he see where and in what direction he is traveling in? Can he change direction at such speeds?

1) A Toa of Water would be able to draw water from steam, and a Toa of Fire could draw the heat out of it. I can't see either actually controlling it.

2) I have been trying to find where we said he could move at the speed of light. We must have somewhere, because people keep bringing it up, but I have not seen a reference yet.

I've seen it on a few sites. One that comes readily to mind is the Bionicle Wiki, which states that users of the element of light can "Move at light speed."  However, it gives no explanation as to how it works (running, teleporting, etc.) and to what extent that it works. I always thought that it was a bit OP, seeing as a Toa of light could basically just Quick-Silver his enemies (leave them "frozen") and do whatever he wants to them. However, considering how rare these Toa are, I guess it makes sense.

Photok has the light-speed power when he is combined with a Toa. It was described in the Shadows in the Sky. Umbra have that ability.

Ah yes. It was on the internet.

So it must be true. Joking

IRT astroavian,
Considering that it was on the official Bionicle Wiki, yeah, it has to be true. I'm asking Greg to clarify, bot prove if it is possible or not.

I think that this question might be unanswerable, but I thought I might give it a go anyways.
As the Bionicle Wiki states, Toa disks (which contain the Toa's respective element) can be forged into masks with the disk's respective element as their power (i.e. the Garai). If a Toa of Light's Toa disk were forged into a Kanohi, would it be an Avohki or just an ordinary mask with elemental light powers (compared to the Avohki, which has powers of guidance and enlightenment)?

I hate to burst your bubble, but The Bionicle Wiki is not official in any sense. It is a fan made and fan edited site, which unfortunately means it is prone to inaccuracies. BionicleSector01 is generated more accurate, but is also not official. There is no official Bionicle wiki.

This is correct. The Bionicle Wiki can be edited by literally anybody, so it's not the most reliable source, although that doesn't make it useless.

BS01 has a pretty dedicated bunch of people running it, so it tends to be more accurate and is quick to fix errors. It's not perfect though, and neither are official.

Using math, assuming Certavus would have been about Ackar's age were he still alive, I have concluded Gelu and Kiina were in their mid-teens during the Core War. . . (Do note, the ages are in human perspective)
Assuming Gresh was around 5 during the Core War, and that he is 25 as of 100 000 years later (You have said he is in his mid-20's), that means 100 000 = 20 years in terms of aging. That's 5 000 times slower aging.
265 000 years therefor become about 53 years, which is about how old Certavus thus would be were he still alive.
Kiina, (you've said she is in her mid-30's) would thus have been in her mid-teens during the Core War. Gelu, if I recall correctly, is around the same age. Now, if I am to make a question out of this, I guess I would have to ask: Is Certavus older than Ackar? Older than Kiina? Also, what did he die from?

Also, if a being uses a Mohtrek outside their own universe, what happens? Does it fail? Does it bring their past selves of the alien universe (and if they never existed there. . .)? Does it bring the past selves of their home universe?

About how old is Perditus in human age? You've said he's older than Gelu.

Actually, BS01 also states that light speed is a power for light wielders, as does every other Bionicle Wiki that I checked. Coincidence? I think not. I highly doubt that whoever "made up" a fact like that could just systematically change each Wiki page without being corrected by the moderator/page creator. I by no means take everything on the Wikis to be gospel, but I have no reason to doubt them either.

2) How pocket dimensions are appearing? Were they created by Great Beings? I think at least dimensions of Makuta mass were created by them. Also GBs created personal pocket dimensions for Vanisher's species. Makuta, in turn, created the Field of Shadows especially for Zivon. How did they do it and why haven't used this technology in own purposes? And who created the dimension of light, Tuyet's prison and the City of Silver and inhabited it with Kestora?
2.1) What are the sizes of these pocket dimensions? How big they are? I mean, if you decide to go in one direction, where will you come?
3) About Takanuva's destiny: should he defeat his own creator, who is actually supporting Velika?
4) Why has Krakua communicated with Vakama in the "Time Trap"? Since he talks about Toa Inika, is it connected with Toa Mahri and their role in the GBs Civil War?
5) How many planets in the Solis Magna system? We saw at least 10-12 planets, some of them are suitable for life. So, is there a personal Annona on each Earth-like planet?

Buried.

That power is exclusive to Photok, and even then only while connected to a Toa.

It's not a standard power

If a Toa of Light's Toa disk were made into a mask, then it would just have the power of Light, it would not have the additional powers of an Avohkii.

1) I believe I suggested that they might travel in some kind of spore form

2) Pocket dimensions occur naturally. They aren't "created" by anyone, they just happen.

2.1) Probably varies by the dimension

3) The only thing I have ever said about his destiny is that he would be involved in the civil war somehow. That's all the info that exists on this.

4) It has nothing to do with the GB civil war, since I did not know there was going to be one when I wrote that scene.

5) I have no count on the number of planets. Since we weren't planning to turn BIONICLE into Star Trek, not something the story team paid attention to.
