Greg, I've been a huge fan of Bionicle since it began. The fantastic, complex world and story you've built for it is awe-inspiring, and in my opinion it made it the best LEGO theme of all time. If there's one LEGO theme I'd like to see come back, it would be Bionicle. So my question is this: Do you think there's a chance of Bionicle returning someday? I know there are no plans currently, but how likely do you think it is for a new Bionicle theme to eventually be created?

First, it is SOO cool that you're taking the time to talk to us, and thanks for that.

Second, are the BIONICLE stories EVER going to be finished? Or do I have to resign myself to imagining the ending??

Excuse me, Greg? Could you repost your earlier responses with the quote to the question or at least an "@enter username"? Oterhwise we don't know whom you are speaking to. I understand that you don't have to(you don't have to be answering fan questions either) but it would be helpful. Thanks.

Greg, have you ever considered making your own fantasy book series? Or doing unofficial fan fiction?

Bionicle fiction that is.

I'm fairly sure someone's already asked these questions, but...

1. Were you planning on continuing BIONICLE's story, even if bioniclestory.com has been closed down?

2. Which do you prefer, BIONICLE or Hero Factory or Ninjago, and in which order?

3. If you weren't planning on continuing the BIO story, as an afterthought, would you mind spilling a few of your secrets?

WAIT! Who is Greg Farshtey? I have never heard of him.

Greg Farshtey is a writer for the BIONICLE and Ninjago series.

Check bioniclestory.com. He wrote it.

Hope I helped. Wink

1) The island of Mata Nui is the robot's face, and the ocean is the ocean he is lying in. Metru Nui is the robot's brain.

2) Because it ruins the mystique of the character if you reveal so much about him

3) Probably the novel series

Ok so the robots face was the island. Then would metru nui be underground?

As he said, Metru Nui was the brain. It was inside the Mata Nui Robot.

Oh, a question I forgot. I remember hearing what the development name was for Bionicle, but have since forgotten. What was it?

Here are some questions I have:

1. Are you ever going to finish the story serials, or since BIONICLEstory.com is no longer existent, are you going to leave us hanging?

2. In Ninjago, how does Traveler's Tea work? Is it sort of like the Kanohi Olmak?

3. How come you allowed time travel in Ninjago and not in BIONICLE?

4. Is the Overlord really defeated? Or is he still somewhere out there?

Thanks for writing these great stories!

Will hero factory and bionicle be fighting evil together in a new novel you could make? I want to know because I think bionicle and hero factory should be in a series so they can fight evil together in a new novel or something. Also I am wondering if they could allow you to do that series (if you want to!) but sell the figures of bionicle in hero factory pieces. Please let me know!

Hey Greg,

You probably won't remember or know who I am, but we used to talk a lot about BIONICLE on BZPower back in the day, and you'd help get information for us at BIONICLEsector01.

Anyways, I just wanted to ask if you ever have plans to reveal The Shadowed One's name/identity to us. Joking

I would love the expiernece of a writer for the picking of a name for my book. Here is what it is going to be:

It is going to be all about a Verpine Jedi called Beyghor Sahdett. (The Verpine are a specis of insects that are interligent from SW). It is going to be his whole life story..
